I don't like the heights of the counters in this drawing, though, and think you should consider raising them to a more comfortable level.

But where do you put the print washer? Here is an idea, make a sink, raise it to a comfortable height, and put the print washer underneath, in the tub.

You can still build a plumbing board to use over the wet side sink, which will give you much more flexibility with the water supply temperature.

These are just some ideas, I've never put a darkroom in a bathroom before, other people, who have helped me with darkroom ideas over the years, have processed their prints in the kitchen or the bathroom. Their stories, plus research I have done, mostly at the library, have helped me put together these ideas.

 

And if you're really pressed for space, you can wall mount the enlarger over the toilet, like this. If you put 'walls' around the toilet, you can support a movable baseboard, than can be removed when you need to use the facilities. Also note that the bathroom sink is not used, for anything other than hand washing.
